Description
This Episode of Sisters in Gaming is very interesting. We get a little jolly with the Sailor and Vodka (virgin vodka’s for some). We try to keep this episode short since we’re all a little short on time because of Christmas and all that entails for each of us. We postponed our Discussion Topic on Casual vs. Hardcore for our January episode where we hope to have a special guest. En lieu of that discussion topic we cover the games we’d like to revisit in 2009. Reviews this month include: Tales of Symphonia 2: Dawn of the New World (Wii), A Kingdom For Keflings (XBLA), Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe (PS3), and Prince of Persia: The Fallen King (PS3). Crafting Mama keeps your head warm with the Shadows in the Nyte Etsy store. In this month’s Dare to Game we cover Warcraft 3 (PC), Christmas Nights into Dreams (Saturn), The Red Star (PS2), and Twin Bee Portable (PSP).
Thanks to VGEvo, our listeners and our fellow podcasters for welcoming us into the community. We hope you all have a safe, happy and healthy New Year. Merry Christmas!

Sisters in Gaming - Episode 3: Chick Lit & Crotch Novels - Scary Stuff
It’s our Halloween episode! This month on Sisters in Gaming, Nermassa and Sabergirl have the giggles after 24-hours of gaming for Extra Life -- CatWoman and Silrayne try to keep us on track. You can hear about Extra Life, reviews of Buzz Quiz TV, De Blob, and Line Rider 2: Unbound, some listener email and some hot news items. Crafting Mama returns with our featured video-game themed craft site, Yarn Pixie. Our Halloween-themed Dare to Game selections may scare you as much as they scared us (or did they?), reviews include Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin, Professor Layton and the Curious Village, Silent Hill: Origins, and Resident Evil: Code Veronica. Our discussion topic this month is so in depth we decided to split it over four shows (see below for future topics). You can hear what stereotypes exist against girl gamers and how harmful they are on this month’s episode. Stay tuned for more on this great topic.
