SaberG's Weightloss Progress Blog

I started a blog to track the effectiveness of weightloss video games. I'm starting out with the light workout in the 30-day challenge in EA Active, I will move up to the medium and hard within the next 90-days. We'll see which level, if any, is most effective. I will also be doing other games, WiiFit and Yourself! Fitness, for a minimum of 30-days to test their effectiveness as well.

My daily calorie intake: 1500

I will be tracking what I eat using the Lose It! application for the iPhone/iPod Touch.
